On April 18th the Nepalese Caterers Association celebrated its AGM together with the launch of Agena magazine - Catering for Nepal. Joined by Dr Chalise, the Nepali Ambassador as well as several MPs including Bob Blackman, MP for Harrow East the auspicious occasion was a great success and the magazine, edited by Annie Watsham, received great accolades. Its aim is to act as platform for Nepalese and UK relations in the catering industry and to reinforce the relations between the two countries.
Local entertainment was spectacular and a great party was had by all. A huge thank you to Surendra Shrestha and his wife of the NCA for the incredible hospitality and use of his wonderful restaurant SoAsia in Slough and to their lovely daughter who sang beautifully!!
